Welcome to Nixon Communications, Mackay Branch

The Mackay Branch of Nixon Communications was opened in December 2000 and can be found at 149 Shakespeare Street.

Our Branch Manager is David Christensen, and our Office Manager is Kristina Roberts. We have a staff of 17 employees and all are ready and willing to help you with your communication needs whether they are big or small. David and his wife Melissa (who is the company Quality Assurance Manager) are members of the Mackay 4WD club, so anyone who is heading off the beaten track or travelling in any direction, we can help you to set up your communication needs for your trip away. Kris has a background in telecommunications, so all your household and business needs can be met.

We have 3 fully trained onsite radio and mobile phone installers who are happy to talk to our customers about their requirements.

Our bench technician Rocky Gralow has had many years experience and there isn’t much in the line of radios that Rocky cannot repair, so if you feel your radio is not quite up to scratch, why not bring it in for Rocky to check for you.

There are three lovely ladies out the front (Kath, Carmel & Melissa) who are quite knowledgeable in the communications field and can assist you with most queries. For all your phone orders you can contact Fiona and Samantha in our store.
